We will to the best of our knowledge ensure information on this website is as accurate as possible. We accept no
responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies within the content of this website and reserve the right to make alterations
to prices or product information without notice. We accept no liability whatsoever for websites linked to this website
or websites we recommend.

2.2 We will endeavour to make this website available 24 hours a day but accept no responsibility if this website is unavailable for whatever reason.

2.3 This website may be suspended without notice for maintenance, repair, system failure or reasons out of our control.

3.        THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
 
3.1 Payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted. Your order will be confirmed by email to the email you gave at the time of ordering. No order will be deemed to be accepted until such order has been confirmed to you.
 
3.2  Any information , support or advise supplied by us on this website or by telephone is given as guidance only. Responsibility for ensuring that the goods you order are suitable for your intended use before you place an order with us. We accept no liability whatsoever for your own mistakes in making your order.

4.        PRICE
                  

4.1 The price payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices shown include presiding taxes unless       otherwise indicated. We will apply any change of tax to prices without notice

4.2 We reserve the right to increase prices in the event of any increase in our costs that may take place between the date your order is placed and the date when the goods are ready for delivery or if you have provided us with incorrect or incomplete information or change your order to cover any increased costs to us as a result. If you feel that the altered price is too high you may exercise your right to cancel.

5.        CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

5.1
As a consumer you may cancel your contract with us for the goods for seven days from when the goods are received by you

5.2 Excluded from this are such items as bespoke items such as doors , carcases or any item made to your specific specifications.

5.3 We must be notified in writing prior to returning any goods to us. A code will be issued to you which must be attached to the goods when returned to us. You will be advised of a return address. Any goods returned without notification or return code will not be accepted.

5.4 Goods returned must be unused and in original unopened packaging. Goods returned are at your own cost and risk. Goods must be returned as soon as possible after we have advised you of a returns code and address. Goods must be looked after pending their return or collection. If you cancel when goods are in transit you must not open packaging when delivered. If it is not convenient for you to return the goods to us you may request us to collect the goods but we are under no obligation to do so and we are entitled to charge for any such collection. A restocking charge will be levied on goods returned min 20%. This refers to goods returned undamaged. A higher charge will be levied for opened goods or damaged goods which will be at our discretion.

5.5 Any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card ( less any applicable collection/service charge ) will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided the goods in question are returned by you and received by us or our suppliers unused and in original packaging and original condition. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

5.6 Goods must be looked after pending their return/collection.

 5.7 Cancellations which are outside the above statutory right to cancel for consumers are subject to a restocking charge amounting to min 30% of the total cost of the order ( including and delivery costs ). Your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to damaged or defective goods will not be affected by this condition.

6.        CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel any contract between us

1. We or our suppliers have insufficient stock to meet the order
2. We or our suppliers have incorrectly priced or described the products
3. Your location is out of our delivery area
4. The item you have ordered is discontinued

6.1 We will not be liable for any compensation for any loss incurred.
 
7.        DELIVERY

7.1
Goods will be delivered to the address you gave us subject to being within our delivery area.

7.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible usually within 7 working days. Some items will take longer such as bespoke doors, carcases etc. We will advise you of an approximate delivery date as soon as we can. Some products will be delivered direct from our suppliers.

7.3 It is your responsibility to advise us of any difficultieswhich maybe encountered when delivery is made and to supply sufficient labour for unloading as most vehicles will only have one person on board.

7.4 Once goods have been delivered they become your responsibility and are held at your own risk.

7.5 Dates given for delivery of goods are intended as an estimate only. If no date is given delivery will be within a reasonable time.

7.6 We accept no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss by any delay in the delivery of the goods nor shall any delay entitle you to terminate the contract unless such delay exceeds 30 days.

7.7 If for any reason you fail to accept delivery of any of the goods, or we are unable to deliver the goods on time because you have not provided appropriate labour, instructions etc we reserve the right to charge for any costs and expenses incurred for storage or further delivery.

7.8 Goods may be delivered in more than one drop, where we can we will endeavour to consolidate deliveries into one where possible.

7.9 When goods are delivered it is your responsibility to open and inspect as soon as possible. Please notify the driver at the point of delivery any damage to the packaging noting this on the delivery documentation. Any damage, defect or fault must be reported to us within 3 days before goods have been used or fitted. If you do not  notify us of a defect, shortage or problem within 3 days you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. We will accept no liability for faults, shortages or defects after this time.

7.10 Please ensure new build rooms are suitably dried out prior to installing goods. No liability will be accepted for products fitted into unsuitable environments.

8.        FORCE MAJEURE

We willnot be liable for any delays or losses due to circumstances beyond our control, acts of god, war, acts of           government, acts of terrorism, riots, floods, lock outs, strikes or labour problems etc. After a period of 30 days you can give   
notice in writing to cancel the contract
.
9.        GENERAL  

9.1 Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available in the United Kingdom, to people 18 years of age or over. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any products you may purchase from this website. Redistribution or replication of any content of this site is prohibited.

9.2 The laws of England govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access.

9.3 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

9.4 You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our privacy policy.
